Vehicle Pick-up:
Bills can be paid at the cashier window near the parts department. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your repair. Please stop by or call the service department if you have any questions about your bill.

Cashier Window Hours:
8am to 8pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
8am to 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

Methods of Payment:
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.

Body Shop Service:
Our body shop can handle all of your repair needs. We use only genuine MOPAR (Chrysler) parts; genuine factory original equipment. The body shop is located behind the Mullane dealership.

Night Drop Procedure:
Lock your vehicle in the area of the service department. Drop your keys through the slot in the service door with a note attached that lists your name and phone number as well as a description of the work to be done.  Always leave a phone number where you can be reached during service hours.

Alternate Transportation:
Rental cars are available for extensive repairs. Enterprise Rental Cars is located right next door. Pick-up and delivery in Lockport is also available upon request.

Our Regular Service Includes:
1. Remove and clean PCV valve
2. Change oil
3. Change oil filter and replace with genuine MOPAR filter
4. Lube all grease fittings
5. Adjust tire pressure
6. Check tires for alignment or abnormal wear
7. Lube emergency brake cables
8. Check all fluid levels:
-- Transmission
-- Power steering
-- Brake fluid
-- Windshield washer
-- Antifreeze/coolant
9. Test for temperature levels
10. Lube hood hinges, door hinges and striker
11. Clean air filter
12. Inspect all belts and hoses
13. Lube outside door locks
14. Check all lights
15. Install oil change sticker
